Return and Exchange Policy
Dear Valued Customer,
You may return or exchange your new device within 7 days of the purchase or delivery date, provided the device is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original or electronic invoice. Please note the following terms and conditions:
1. Return and Exchange Policy for Home Appliances
- Condition of the Product:
- All appliances can be returned or exchanged within 7 days (excluding excluded products).
- The original box, instruction manual, and all included accessories must be returned.
- Special Terms for Discounts, Coupons, and Gifts:
- For purchases involving loyalty points, Alfursan Miles, company-issued vouchers, strategic partnership vouchers, or coupons, their value will be deducted from the invoice and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Gifts from retail promotions must be returned or their value will be deducted from the invoice.
- Device Packaging and Condition:
- Devices in original factory-sealed packaging are eligible for return or exchange.
- Devices unboxed but unused may be returned or exchanged within 7 days with the following deductions:
- 15% for unboxed devices without use.
- 30% for devices with removed packaging and single-time use within 7 days.
2. Refund Processing Time:
- Refunds are issued using the same payment method.
- Credit card refunds may take 7–14 business days depending on the customer’s bank.
3. Excluded Products:
Unfortunately, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Products unused but kept in the original box for over 15 days.
- Products used for more than 7 days.
- Products installed by third-party contractors (unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed).
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or external factors (e.g., breakage, scratches).
4. Important Notes:
- A 200 SAR delivery fee will be charged for return requests unless the product has a manufacturing defect verified by the technical team.
- Used promotional gifts make the product non-returnable, and the gift value will be deducted.
- Promotions, discounted prices, and specific items (e.g., window ACs, screens) do not qualify for Alfursan Miles.
- Additional shipping fees apply for deliveries over 100 km from major cities.
5. Order Cancellation and Delivery:
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after issuance. Price differences for replacements will be charged or refunded.
- Delivery takes 5–7 business days, and the delivery team will contact you to schedule. Ensure the site is ready to avoid delays or cancellations.
- Please inspect the product upon receipt, as the company will not be responsible for missing parts or damages after delivery.
